Peaceful Postpartum (for couples)\u003c\/span\u003e - postpartum planning begins now so don't wait until your sweet little love is in your arms. We will be covering a multitude of topics to help you build towards a peaceful postpartum including some of the bigger conversation pieces such as matrescence, how to stay connected and re-ignite intimacy post birth, boundaries and mental load, the division of household responsibilities, mental health and how to avoid postpartum depletion. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003e4. Birth Pathways\u003c\/span\u003e - Let's talk about all the ways that labour and birth can unfold, we will cover induction, augmentation, caesarean birth, assisted birth as well as physiological vaginal birth. We are going to go deeper on consent, relationship between you and your chosen caregiver, how to navigate the hospital system, choice\/autonomy so that you feel the centre of your experience and learn how to make empowered decisions. This is a great way to also prep our partners so that they can step into the role as your awesome advocate and gatekeeper for birth.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003e5. Fear Release Workshops (for Mamas)\u003c\/span\u003e - this one is for the mamas!! A lovely way to connect and network with others we will help release any fears\/worries or concerns in a safe space together. Think of this as a pregnancy circle or woman's circle with some heartfelt rituals, blending your own bath salts to take home and ending with a meditation.
