Spicy Birth Prep

Now this is what I wish all birth education classes offered --- info that explores the deeper layers of connection and intimacy we can have with ourselves and our partners in holistic birth preparation. I especially enjoyed the tips Jen provides throughout which I have been practicing. I feel more empowered in pregnancy and in the lead up to meeting my little man more than ever. Five stars!
