We come together in sacred circle to reconnect with the deeper rhythm of our bodies, our hearts, and the moon. Held inside a cosy studio, Wyld Spaces, you’ll be offered space to soften, to exhale, and to realign with what is true for you.

In this soul-full gathering, you will be guided through:

🌝 Rituals of Release: 

We will create bath salts together, infused with intention and plant allies - a gift to take home for continued self nourishment. You will also be guided to write a couple of journal prompts to reflect on what is ready to be released beneath the moon’s light. 

🌝 A Guided Meditation with Sound

You will be led through a soft, grounding meditation accompanied by live sound bowls, allowing you to sink into rest, spaciousness and resonance.

🌝 Sacred Sharing & Stillness 

This is a space of non-judgment, non-rushing, and deep presence. You are welcome exactly as you are.
